When you’re happy with the colours, roll them out into little balls and pop them on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper. If you’re feeling particularly fancy, stamp out little shapes too 🙂
Pop them in the fridge over night (or 24 hours if you have them) and you’re done!
So pretty, right? And stupidly easy to make 😀
The great thing about this recipe is that you can switch the peppermint extract for any other flavour you like (itching to do strawberry next!)
If you chill them for 24 hours you can even dip them in some dark chocolate. Yum Yum!
All you need to do now is pick up a cute tea cup and saucer and you’ve got an adorable gift for Mothers Day 🙂
